I had no idea how easy it is to eat healthy at IHOP, of all places. Their Simple + Fit menu is actually pretty awesome! More restaurants should include calorie count on the menu.
For example:
Simple + Fit 2x2x2: 2 turkey bacon strips, 2 pancakes (!!) and 2 eggs worth of scrambled egg substitute. 400 calories. 25g protein, 12g fat, and 48g (erp) carbs.

motivation
Hard to stay motivated today…. to do anything. It’s raining like crazy, my whole street is covered in water, covering the curbs, even. I couldn’t meet my workout buddy at the gym and I’m calling in late to work because I don’t want my car caught in a flood, but I really just… don’t want to go at all. Spring break is making me lazy.

I just overate big time on some delicious lemony baked chicken breast and roasted cauliflower. (I am the best cook.) Thanksgiving kind of full: like I could go for days without eating.
And it was only 430 calories.
